The Benefits of the Public Schooling System

Alyssa was going over Ryan's homework with him and this assignment caught our eye. He had to draw a picture of 11 of something, so what does he draw. If you can't tell, that's 11 (actually only the first 7) people with guns. Isn't it wonderful the things kids learn about these days. It's good to know that if Ryan's life was on the line, and he had to draw a picture of a person with a gun, he could do it. He'd be in trouble if he had to do actual math or spelling, but he can draw someone with a gun.

This picture comes from the next page in his assignment. It's someone (probably Ryan) on the moon, with a gun, and a TV. The black and red object in the background is a galaxy. I'm not sure how much good that gun is going to do him on the moon, but you never know.

Here's a picture of the kids I took this morning. As you can see Marin is super-excited to get her picture taken. This was about 30 minutes before Kate vomited all over her dress and led to her going home early from church. The poor girl.

That's awesome! Guns are fun right? So you want to have them wherever you go even to the moon!
