Ryan's latest large piece of art - it is 2x6 pieces of paper taped together
So I went to the pet store with my kids and came home with a rat - her name is Yersinia but goes by Nia. Now I know that I have a few friends out there that would understand the name Yersinia (Donna, Deanna) but for everyone else, Yersinia is a genus of bacteria that contains such species as Yersinia pestis (aka the Black Death or Plague). I just thought it was a good name for a rat.
